Mr. Carrington is a Managing Partner and Founder of Aspen Partners, Inc. During his tenure, Mr. Carrington has successfully established a broad-based search consulting practice.
Prior to Aspen Partners, Mr. Carrington was a Managing Director with Korn/Ferry International, a global recruiting firm.
Prior to executive search, Mr. Carrington spent fifteen years in the telecommunications industry. He had extensive experience with Fortune 1000 and middle market companies across diverse industry lines. Mr. Carrington began his career with Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals, a division of Proctor & Gamble.
Mr. Carrington was formerly a director on the board of the Egleston Scottish Rites Foundation – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Additionally, he is a volunteer for the St. Vincent’s DePaul Society.
Mr. Carrington is a native of Alexandria, Virginia, and received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics from Villanova University.
Mr. Stratton is a Managing Director of Aspen Partners, Inc. He began his career in commercial banking and capital markets with Bank South in Atlanta, Georgia.
In 1995, Mr. Stratton joined Korn/Ferry International. He performed work in numerous industries to include financial services, professional services, real estate, consumer products, industrial, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and retail. Mr. Stratton left Korn/Ferry in 2002 to help launch a financial services, boutique, retained executive search firm – Fiderion Group.
In 2007, Mr. Stratton founded Commodore Advisors, LLC.
Mr. Stratton graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1988 and from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Business in 1992.
